Our Story

Williams Media Group LLC (WMG), founded by AJ 'Media Guy' Williams, brings over two decades of expertise in producing and directing TV and broadcast productions. Our mission at Williams Media Group, LLC is to establish ourselves as the premier online network, offering viewers a comprehensive view of women, femmes, and womanists, while providing top-tier video, commercial, film, and podcast services and consultation through our network of creatives around the Chicagoland area.

With a background coaching girls' basketball at Corliss High School in his hometown of Chicago and serving in the U.S. Army, AJ Williams recognized disparities in support and rights for women, both locally and globally. His experiences abroad underscored the stark contrasts in women's rights, highlighting his commitment to leveraging his platform to advocate for women's rights, and diversity, and raise awareness for communities with disabilities and special needs.

WMG's notable networks, Her World Media and SHEcago Talks, spotlight women who make significant impacts in Chicago and around the world. Additionally, WMG introduces "The Covering," a new platform premiering June 2024 that offers Bible study discussions from a woman's perspective. Furthermore, our networking segment "Women's Wellness & Wealth Building Workshop" serves as an open forum for women to share ideas and promote their businesses across various sectors.
